About Ivor
Ivor brings decades of hands-on experience to Millroe Gundogs, with more than 40 years in the shooting field and over 30 years training gundogs. Throughout that time, he has trained and worked retrievers and spaniels, competed in and helped organise working tests, and spent countless days working his own dogs while picking up, beating and shooting.
As Co-Owner of the Millroe Gundogs training ground in Tatenhill, Staffordshire, Ivor is a familiar face to clients and plays an important role in supporting training across all working gundog breeds. Whether he’s throwing dummies, helping set up an exercise or offering advice from years of practical experience, he is always happy to lend a hand.
His calm, friendly and approachable nature makes him a great source of support for handlers of all abilities. For Ivor, it’s about sharing his experience, enjoying good dog work and helping others get the very best from their dogs.
